My first blog
I was hesitant about starting a blog. My friends and colleagues write amazing articles, are teachers, write training manuals, own gyms, have successful online businesses, and so on. I cannot compete with these guys and gals, nor do I want to.
I am a creative person, however. I always feel the need to be making something or tinkering.
That said, I also feel a blog is a simple means to be authentic and not feel like an imposter trying to write my own spin on my experiences that are similar to those of friends and colleagues.
I was quite apprehensive about starting this little endeavor. That’s why I decided to burn the boats, so to speak. I purchased a domain name and got a paid subscription to WordPress, thus catapulting me into writing to make my investment worth while.
My goal with this blog is to share insights from client interactions, training, and lifestyle observations in hopes of extrapolating lessons and values that anyone can apply to their lives in addition to a little flare of my personality.
So with that, burn baby burn.
